Ducks look to rebound from a rare loss

ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- The Anaheim Ducks have not lost that much this season, at least not in regulation.

The Ducks, whose 46 points are the most in the league, look to rebound from only their third loss in regulation when they host the Nashville Predators on Wednesday.

Anaheim has won five of its last six after dropping a 3-2 decision to the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday.

Ryan Getzlaf and Todd Marchant scored for the Ducks while starting goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov, who recorded 30 saves, left the game after suffering an injury in the middle of the third period. Jean Sebastien Giguere replaced him and finished with eight saves.

The Predators have lost two straight and come off a 3-2 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes on Monday. Nashville led 2-0 late in the second period before surrendering three straight goals.

Steve Sullivan and Alexander Radulov scored for Nashville while Chris Mason recorded 39 saves.
