Finished fourth at Indianapolis last week despite racing with a
dislocated thumb, suffered during a midweek late model race at
I-80 Speedway near Lincoln, Nebraska; it was his series-best
17th top-10 of the season to maintain his 852-point lead in the
standings; has led in the standings for 20 consecutive weeks,
and has has been in the top five following the last 50 Busch
races; in 22 starts this season, he has a series-best four wins;
has posted 13 top-five finishes.


Kevin Harvick 
Team: Richard Childress Racing 
Car: No. 21 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
2007 Earnings: $647,155

Reigning series champion dropped to fifth in the standings after
skipping the past two races; has raced in just 15 of 22 races
this season; has six top-five finishes and has finished in the
top 10 in all but two starts this season with his lowest showing
being 12th at Charlotte; has two wins - New Hampshire and
Chicago - over his past three starts; finished second at Daytona
in the other race over that stretch.


Jason Leffler

Earned his second career Busch series victory last week at
Indianapolis to give Toyota it's first series victory; moved up
two spots to third in the standings, 947 points behind Edwards;
finished fourth at Gateway two weeks ago; started the season
with four DNFs in the first six races, but has none since;
recent stretch includes a pair of third-place finishes; has been
inconsistent with eight finishes of 30th or worse in 19 races
this year.


David Ragan

2007 Earnings: $502,747

Remained fourth in the standings after finishing 18th at
Indianapolis; finished fifth at Gateway the race before; scored
three top-five and five top-10 finishes in 2007; best finish
this year was third at Talladega; won the pole and finished
fifth at Texas; also has five finishes of 30th or worse this
season; leads the Raybestos Rookie-of-the-Year standings
comfortably over Marcos Ambrose.


David Reutimann

Placed third at both Indianapolis and Gateway over his past two
starts; remains second in the standings, 852 points behind
Edwards; has eight top-10 finishes in 2007 including his
career-best finish of second place at the first Nashville race;
prior to a 40th at Daytona, had posted back-to-back top-10
finishes with an eighth at New Hampshire and a seventh at
Milwaukee; has also finished 30th or worse four times this
season.
