Mystics defeat Silver Stars
Jul 13, 2013 - 2:37 AM San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) - Crystal Langhorne had 14 points and seven rebounds to lead the Washington Mystics to an 83-73 win over the San Antonio Silver Stars on Friday.Three other Mystic players finished with double-digit scoring efforts in the win. Ivory Latta scored 12 points while Matee Ajavon had 11 and Tierra Ruffin- Pratt contributed with 10.
Jia Perkins scored a game-high 22 points and Shenise Johnson added 15 for the Silver Stars, who shot a dismal 39.4 percent from the field.
The Silver Stars were only able to produce 18 points off of 17 turnovers by the Mystics.
