Hurricanes' new coach to be named soon
Mar 22, 2017 - 2:11 AM Cricket Tasmania will reveal the Hobart Hurricanes' new coach in the next fortnight.Damien Wright's contract was not renewed in January following the franchise's seventh-place finish in the Big Bash League during the summer.
"We've narrowed down the Hurricanes (candidates) to a smaller group ... we are getting closer to an outcome which will hopefully happen in the next week or two," Cricket Tasmania spokesman Andrew Dykes told reporters on Wednesday.
