    Pittsburgh vs. Notre Dame: The Notre Dame Fighting Irish gifted Mike Brey with an 88-81 win over No. 25 Pittsburgh in the head coach's final home game in South Bend. Five players scored in double figures for the Irish, led by Marcus Hammond & Cormac Ryan, who each scored 20 points in the win. The trio of Nelly Cummings, Jamarius Burton & Nike Sibande all scored 19 points in a losing effort.

    Syracuse vs. Pittsburgh: The Panthers continue their fantastic play in the 2022-23 season as they defeat the Orange, 99-82. Pitt made 16 three-pointers on the way to a season-high 97 points. Six different Pittsburgh players scored in double-figures. Blake Hinson led Pitt with 22 points, with six made three-pointers, and six rebounds. Greg Elliott made five three-pointers and had 19 points. Nelly Cummings had a double-double with 14 points and 13 assists. For Syracuse, Benny Williams had a season-high 24 points and nine rebounds.

    Pittsburgh vs. Virginia Tech Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Pittsburgh vs. Virginia Tech: The Virginia Tech Hokies got a huge win in front of their home crowd over Pittsburgh, 79-72. Five players scored in double figures for Mike Young's club in the victory. Grant Basile continued his outstanding play of late, scoring a game-high 22 points on 8-13 shooting including 4-8 from three-point range in the win. Jamarius Burton led Pitt with 15 points in a losing effort.

    Boston College vs. Pittsburgh Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Boston College vs. Pittsburgh: The Panthers remained atop the ACC standings after they defeated the Eagles, 77-58. This was Pittsburgh's 12 ACC victory of the season, a program record. Pitt used a 21-2 run in the second half to blow the game open. Blake Hinson hit six three-pointers on his way to 21 points and seven rebounds. Jamarius Burton finished the game with 10 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Federiko Federiko added 10 points, seven rebounds, and three blocks. Coming off the bench Mason Madsen hit four three-points and led Boston College in scoring with 14 points.

    Louisville vs. Pittsburgh Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Louisville vs. Pittsburgh: The Panthers routed the Cardinals, 91-57. A 24-3 run by Pitt in the middle of the first half, after the game was tied at 14, is what blew the game open for the Panthers. Pitt was hot from behind the three-point line again, making 17-31 three-point attempts, one made three shy of the school record. Nike Sibande made 4-7 three-pointers and scored a team-high 15 points. Greg Elliott had 14 points and six assists. Mike James led Louisville with 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

    Miami vs. Pittsburgh Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Miami vs. Pittsburgh: The Pittsburgh Panthers rallied to beat the No. 20 Miami Hurricanes in front of a raucous crowd at home, 71-68. The Hurricanes had built a double-digit lead in the 2nd half before the Panthers' comeback. Three players scored in double figures for Pitt, led by Blake Hinson's 21 points and 8 rebounds. Jamarius Burton nearly reached a triple-double with 19 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals. Jordan Miller led the Hurricanes with 18 points on 7-9 shooting in a losing effort.

    Pittsburgh vs. Louisville Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Pittsburgh vs. Louisville: The Pittsburgh Panthers went on the road and came away with a nice 75-54 win. Greg Elliott scored a game-high 23 points on 9-12 shooting including 5-8 from three-point range. Nike Sibande knocked in 4 three-pointers for 12 points in the win. El Ellis scored a team-high 19 points and JJ Traynor scored a career-high 14 points in a losing effort.

    Clemson vs. Pittsburgh: The Clemson Tigers took over sole control of first place in the ACC with their 75-74 win at Pittsburgh on Saturday. It was a back and forth game throughout, as the Tigers won their 5th straight game and improved to 5-0 in the conference so far this season. It was a balanced scoring attack for the Tigers, led by Chase Hunter's 17 points and Hunter Tyson's 15 points and 10 rebounds. Jamarius Burton continued his hot streak for the Panthers, scoring 28 points in the loss.

    Virginia vs. Pitt Men's Basketball Highlights (2022-23)

    Pitt trailed by 10 at the half and by as much as 13 against No. 11 Virginia, but picked up a second straight statement win in front of the Oakland Zoo, 68-65. Pitt scored 45 of its points in the second half en route to matching its best start ever in the ACC (4-0). Nike Sibande and Blake Hinson each put up 16 points, and Jamarius Burton followed up his 31-point performance with a solid 15 points against the Cavaliers. Kihei Clark’s 17 points were most among all scorers, and he’d add 8 assists in the loss.

    UNC's Armando Bacot put up yet another double-double versus Pitt. He registered 22 points with 13 rebounds and 3 assists.

    Pitt Jamarius Burton Wins Battle Of The Bigs In Win Over North Carolina

    Pitt's Jamarius Burton had a big matchup versus No.25 UNC and fellow big man Armando Bacot. He showed up huge for the Panthers in their 76-74 victory. Burton notched 31 points on 14 of 17 shooting and hauled in 6 boards.
