    North Carolina vs. Wake Forest: The Wake Forest Demon Deacons secured another impressive win with their 92-85 win over North Carolina at Lawrence Joel Coliseum on Tuesday. The Deacs opened up the game outscoring the Heels 24-9, and closed the 1st half on a 7-0 run to take a 47-25 lead to the break. The Heels fought hard to close within seven in the final minutes, but Wake made the plays when needed to deny the comeback attempt. Tyree Appleby led all scorers with 35 points, including converting on an astounding 23 of his 28 foul shots in the win. Armando Bacot scored 17 points and grabbed 11 rebounds before fouling out.
