Stuckey, Pacers rout Magic

Mar 11, 2015 - 4:38 AM Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Rodney Stuckey had 34 points, seven assists and six rebounds as the Indiana Pacers routed the Orlando Magic 118-86 on Tuesday night.

"I don't know if it's the best he's played in his career, but it's got to be close," Pacers coach Frank Vogel said.

Damjan Rudez posted 17 points and five assists for the red-hot Pacers, who have won six straight and nine of their last 10 games. Luis Scola added 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Indiana was 17-of-34 from beyond the arc.

Tobias Harris provided 22 points and six rebounds for Orlando, which has dropped five of its last seven contests.

"There were too many times where guys were going right past us," Harris said.

The Pacers began to pull away during the latter stages of the second quarter.

C.J. Watson and Stuckey sandwiched 3-pointers around a Harris jumper to jumpstart the surge and Watson capped it with another triple to stake the Pacers to a 59-45 advantage.

Indiana, which trailed 28-26 following a quarter of play, led 59-47 at the break. They were up 86-70 after three and led by as many as 34 in the final frame.

The Pacers improved to 10-3 when Stuckey scores at least 17 points ... Orlando has dropped eight straight on the road ... Indiana shot 52.9 percent (45- of-85) from the field and sunk 11-of-12 free throws ... The Pacers recorded 37 assists on those 45 field goals.
