Cavaliers look to continue home success vs. streaking Bucks
Dec 29, 2006 - 2:50 PM Milwaukee (15-14) at Cleveland (16-11) 7:30 pm ESTCLEVELAND (Ticker) -- While LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers have been at the top of their game at home, the Milwaukee Bucks are dangerous regardless of where they play.
The Cavaliers look for another stellar performance on their home floor when they host the streaking Bucks on Friday.
A preseason favorite to contend in the Eastern Conference, Cleveland has struggled a bit this season, going 4-8 on the road. But the Cavs have won five of their last six here and own a 12-3 record this season at Quicken Loans Arena.
James scored 27 points Wednesday as the Cavaliers defeated Atlanta on the road, 89-76, to snap a four-game skid away from home.
Milwaukee has been playing its best basketball of the season. Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut scored 20 points apiece as the Bucks extended their season-high winning streak to six games with a 112-96 win over lowly Memphis.
Milwaukee went over .500 for the first time since November 4.
