James leads Cavaliers into Indiana

Nov 25, 2007 - 2:13 PM Cleveland (7-6) at Indiana (6-7) 2:30 pm EST

INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) -- If the Indiana Pacers hope to extend their winning streak to three games, someone is going to have to find a way to stop LeBron James.

James will be looking to improve on his league-leading scoring average when the Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Pacers on Sunday.

The All-Star swingman posted his third triple-double of the season in Saturday's 111-108 triumph over the Toronto Raptors. The superstar collected 37 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists.

James now leads the NBA is scoring at 31.4 points per game, more than four points better than Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers.

Indiana has won its past two games, beating New Orleans and Dallas. Danny Granger has led the charge, scoring 47 points over the two games.

With a renewed focus on offense under first-year coach Jim O'Brien, the Pacers rank third in the Eastern Conference in scoring at 102.5 points per game.

The Cavaliers took three of four from the Pacers last season and have won six of eight over the past two seasons. In 16 career games against Indiana, James is averaging 24.8 points.
