Sonics still searching for first victory at KeyArena

Nov 25, 2007 - 2:21 PM San Antonio (11-2) at Seattle (2-11) 9:00 pm EST

SEATTLE (Ticker) - The Seattle SuperSonics are the only team in the NBA still looking for a home win.

The Sonics try to pick up their first win at KeyArena on Sunday when they host the defending NBA champion San Antonio Spurs.

Seattle is winless in five home games this season and have not lost six straight on its home floor since 1985. The franchise record for the longest losing streak at home is nine in 1968 - the team's first season in Seattle when it also started 2-11.

While the Sonics continue to struggle, the Spurs are off to their best start in franchise history.

San Antonio extended its winning streak to four games on Friday with a 101-88 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies. Tim Duncan scored a season-high 28 points and grabbed nine rebounds.

Duncan has been dominant during the streak, averaging 21.5 points and 11.3 rebounds a game.
