Feb 29, 2008 - 11:17 AM Sacramento (26-31) at Dallas (38-20) 8:30 pm EST

DALLAS (Ticker) -- The Dallas Mavericks host the Sacramento Kings on Friday looking to start another winning streak.

The Mavericks lost at San Antonio, 97-94, on Thursday to fall two games behind the first-place Spurs in the Southwest Division.

The loss ended a three-game winning streak for Dallas, which is 3-2 since acquiring Jason Kidd from the New Jersey Nets.

The Mavericks are 24-3 at home and have an 11-game winning streak dating to December 27. Sacramento is 9-21 on the road.

Playing the finale of a five-game road trip, the Kings have lost three straight and are coming off a 123-117 loss at Atlanta on Wednesday.

Sacramento is 3-3 since trading Mike Bibby to the Hawks for former No. 5 overall pick Shelden Williams, guards Anthony Johnson and Tyronn Lue, forward Lorenzen Wright and a second-round draft pick.

Friday's game wraps up the three-game regular-season series between the teams. Each team has won at home.
