Cavaliers look to continue rolling
Dec 9, 2008 - 11:35 AM Toronto (8-11) at Cleveland (17-3), 7:00 p.m. ESTCLEVELAND (Ticker) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers look to continue the best start in franchise history when they host the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday.
Cleveland is on its second eight-game winning streak of the season and has won the last three contests by an average of 26.7 points.
LeBron James scored 25 points as the Cavaliers cruised past the Charlotte Bobcats, 94-74, on Saturday.
The win gave Cleveland its 17th win this season, marking the first time in the team's 39-year history that it has won 17 of its first 20 contests.
The Cavaliers are 11-0 at home on the season and could extend that mark against the Raptors, who have lost four straight and 11 of 16.
Toronto dropped to 0-2 under interim coach Jay Triano after Sunday's 98-97 setback to Portland.
Jermaine O'Neal had a season-high 24 points and six blocks in the loss. Chris Bosh added 19 points and a season-low five rebounds.
