Pacers, Bucks hope to stop losing streaks

MILWAUKEE (Ticker) -- Following a rough West Coast swing, the Milwaukee Bucks return home to host the Indiana Pacers Saturday before hitting the road again.

Milwaukee dropped all three of its contests against Western Conference foes during the trip, allowing an average of 116.3 points per game. After losing to the Lakers on Sunday, the Bucks lost on back-to-back nights against Phoenix and Golden State.

Michael Redd and the Bucks looked like a team at the end of a road trip Wednesday against the Warriors as they were outscored 37-15 in the fourth quarter in a 119-96 defeat.

Redd led the way with 27 points and Richard Jefferson added 17 for the Bucks.

Milwaukee has won three of four at home, with its only loss coming to the red-hot Cleveland Cavaliers. It opens another three-game road trip in Miami on Monday.

Indiana has endured struggles of its own, dropping five straight games and 10 of 12 overall. The Pacers finished a difficult stretch with a 114-110 loss to Detroit Friday.

Danny Granger scored a career-high 42 points, including 18 in the fourth quarter, as a late rally by Indiana fell short.

Facing the likes of Boston, Cleveland and the Lakers, Indiana has dropped into last place in the Central Division. The Pacers are in search of their first win against a division foe, starting the season 0-5.
