Magic look to start another winning streak

CHICAGO (Ticker) -- The Orlando Magic will try to get back in the win column when they visit the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.

Orlando had its season-high, seven-game winning streak snapped on Monday, falling to Detroit, 88-82.

Rashard Lewis scored 23 points and Dwight Howard had 18 and 18 rebounds in the loss for the Magic, who have not dropped back-to-back games since losing the first two games of the season.

Chicago snapped a three-game losing streak on Monday, ending a four-game road trip with a 100-87 triumph over New Jersey.

Ben Gordon scored 24 points and rookie point guard Derrick Rose had 21 and a career-high 13 assists in the win.

The Bulls, who have lost five straight meetings with the Magic, have won five straight games at home.
