Struggling Jazz host Bobcats
Feb 2, 2009 - 2:45 PM Charlotte (19-28) at Utah (26-22), 9:00 p.m. ESTSALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz hope to get back in the win column when they host the Charlotte Bobcats on Monday.
Utah has lost five of its last six games, including Saturday's 122-108 setback at Portland. The Trail Blazers shot 56 percent (43-of-77) from the floor and made 10-of-20 from the arc.
Deron Williams scored a season-high 35 points in the loss for the Jazz, who went 7-8 in January. Williams averaged 20.9 points and 10.7 assists in the month.
Charlotte has lost three of four and is wrapping up a five-game road trip.
Raja Bell scored 27 points and Boris Diaw added 16 as the Bobcats fell to the Denver Nuggets, 110-99, on Saturday.
The Bobcats won the first meeting, 104-96, on November 14.
