Lakers aim to continue California supremacy

The Lakers go for their ninth win in 10 games on Wednesday when they visit the well-rested Warriors.
Los Angeles is 7-1 in eight games against in-state rivals this season, suffering its only loss against the Sacramento Kings on December 9.
After having a seven-game win streak snapped against the Utah Jazz in their last game before the All-Star break, the Lakers bounced back with a dominating 96-83 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday.
All-Star Pau Gasol recorded his first triple-double of the season and Lamar Odom added 15 points and 20 rebounds.
Gasol had 12 points, 13 boards and 10 assists en route to his third career triple-double while Odom continued his stellar play in Andrew Bynum's absence, registering 17 or more rebounds for the fourth straight game.
Golden State is seeking its first four-game win streak this campaign after claiming a 105-98 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday.
