Pacers conclude road trip, face Clippers

Mar 7, 2009 - 11:19 AM Indiana (27-37) at LA Clippers (15-47) 10:30 p.m. EDT

LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- The Indiana Pacers look to conclude a three-game road trip on a high note Saturday when they visit the lowly Los Angeles Clippers.

Fighting for the Eastern Conference's final playoff spot, the Pacers have split the first two games of their road swing, defeating woeful Sacramento before enduring a 107-105 loss to Portland on Wednesday.

Against the Blazers, Troy Murphy collected 11 points and 13 points for his ninth straight double-double.

In what has been a disastrous campaign, the Clippers enter this contest in the midst of a four-game losing streak, with the last two setbacks coming by 28 and 23 points. Los Angeles has had five skids of at least four games this season.

One of the few high points for the Clippers this season was a 117-109 double-overtime triumph at Indiana on December 19.
