Without Durant, Thunder hope to keep winning at Kings

Mar 10, 2009 - 1:39 PM Oklahoma City (17-46) at Sacramento (14-49) 10:00 p.m. EST

SACRAMENTO, California (Ticker) -- The Oklahoma City Thunder have enjoyed a winning stretch without their leading scorer and they hope to continue that success at the Sacramento Kings Tuesday.

With Kevin Durant and his 26.0 points per game out for the last five games with a right ankle injury, the Thunder have reeled off four wins in that stretch.

Nenad Krstic led six players in double figures during a 89-74 victory over Philadelphia Sunday, collecting 20 points.

The Thunder, who are averaging 103.3 points allowed per game, have turned up the defense recently, allowing less than 89.0 points per game in their last five games.

Sacramento is tied with Washington for the worst record in the NBA, but is coming off a 114-106 triumph against Denver on Sunday.

Kevin Martin had 26 points, eight assists and seven rebounds and Andres Nocioni added 23 in the win.
