Higgins leads Colorado past Oklahoma 77-67
Feb 18, 2010 - 4:27 AM BOULDER, Colo.(AP) -- Cory Higgins scored 14 of his 18 points in the second half, and Colorado withstood a late rally to beat Oklahoma 77-67 on Wednesday night.Alec Burks had 17 points and Marcus Relphorde and Nate Tomlinson added 10 points each for the Buffaloes (12-13, 3-8 Big 12), who snapped a four-game losing streak. Relphorde also had 10 rebounds.
Tommy Mason-Griffin and Willie Warren each scored 19 for the Sooners (13-12, 4-7), who remained winless in six conference road games.
The loss was Oklahoma's third straight and fourth in five games. The Sooners were outshot 50 percent to 43.6 percent in losing for the fourth straight time in Colorado.
