Fazekas, Nevada look to continue early success vs. Maine

The 18th-ranked Wolf Pack aim for their fourth straight win Thursday when they host Maine.
Fazekas and Ramon Sessions combined for eight points in the final 3:18 of Friday's contest to help Nevada squeak out a 73-71 victory over Akron. Fazekas finished with 24 points and Sessions added 22 for the Wolf Pack, who shot 50 percent (26-of-52) from the field.
Despite Sessions' stellar play, Fazekas has been the star for Nevada this season. The senior forward is averaging 20.9 points per game and leads Division I in rebounding at 12.6.
This is the first meeting between the schools.
