Feb 3, 2007 - 3:38 PM Wisc Milwaukee (8-16) at No. 16 Butler (21-2) 2:00 pm EST

INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) - Despite boasting one of the most impressive records in the nation this season, Butler can not afford to let up.

The 11th-ranked Bulldogs look to maintain the top spot in the Horizon League on Saturday when they host Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Off to the best 23-game start in school history and riding a seven-game winning streak, Butler has won 20 consecutive contests at Hinkle Fieldhouse and is 9-1 in league play to hold a one-game advantage over Wright State.

The Bulldogs are coming off Wednesday's 71-58 victory over Youngstown State. Mike Green scored 23 points, Pete Campbell added 20 off the bench and A.J. Graves 11 for the Bulldogs.

The Panthers are 5-6 against league foes and trail Butler by 4 1/2 games. They have won six of their last 11 games after a 2-11 start, but have dropped 10 of 11 on the road this season.

Wisconsin-Milwaukee snapped a two-game slide with Monday's 57-56 overtime triumph over Cleveland State. Avery Smith scored 17 points and Alan Hanson added 13, including the go-ahead basket in the extra period.

In their first matchup on December 30, Butler posted a 55-50 win over the Panthers. Green scored 16 points and Graves had 14 while Smith led Wisconsin-Milwaukee with 21.
