Oklahoma State pulls away in 2nd half, wins 81-66

Dec 13, 2009 - 11:24 PM STILLWATER, Okla.(AP) -- Marshall Moses scored a career-high 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as Oklahoma State pulled away from Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the second half for an 81-66 victory Sunday.

James Anderson scored 16 points, Keiton Page finished with 13 and Ray Penn added 11 for the Cowboys (8-1).

Savalance Townsend's 16 points led the Golden Lions (0-7) while Lebaron Weathers had 10.

Moses, whose previous career high was 18 points, scored 15 in the first half and was 10 of 11 from the field.

Oklahoma State led by only three, 46-43, early in the second half before finally taking control with 11 unanswered points. Matt Pilgrim capped the run with a steal and dunk which gave the Cowboys a 57-43 advantage with 12:19 remaining.

Pine Bluff stayed close in the first half and trailed 41-35 at halftime.
