Dec 12, 2010 - 2:44 AM West Lafayette, IN (Sports Network) - JaJuan Johnson scored a game-best 25 points as No. 19 Purdue had an easy time with North Florida, 77-57, in the first-ever meeting between the schools at Mackey Arena.

E'Twaun Moore added 21 points for the Boilermakers (9-1), who have reeled off four straight wins since their lone loss to Richmond.

A Matt Sauey deuce tied the score at 4-4 early on, but Purdue assumed control for good with a 16-4 burst. Johnson hit two jumpers and Moore drained two three-pointers to get the run started, and Moore ended the clip on a shot less than six minutes in for a 20-8 contest.

Moore finished off a three-point play and it was 57-31 with 12:20 left in the contest and North Florida's collective backs were broken.

The visitors were only able to get within 66-51, on a Charles McRoy jumper with 5;13 showing, then a Johnson jumper re-established a 20-point Boilermakers edge with 2:11 to play and Purdue cruised home.
