Washington State visits Boise State
Nov 13, 2007 - 2:40 PM No. 9 Washington St (1-0) at Boise St (1-0) 9:00 pm ESTBOISE, Idaho (Ticker) - Ninth-ranked Washington State hopes for another impressive performance when it visits Boise State on Tuesday.
The Cougars opened the season with a 67-41 rout of Eastern Washington on Friday.
Washington State returns four starters from last season's 26-win team and is led by a balanced attack that features Robbie Cowgill, Kyle Weaver and Derrick Low. Aron Baynes led the team with 15 points in the season opener.
Boise State won its season opener in overtime, 73-72, against Utah Valley State on Friday. Reggie Larry led the way for the Broncos with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Washington State posted a narrow 65-63 win over Boise State last season.
