INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) - Butler has been tearing through the Horizon League of late, but will face one of two teams that has defeated them during the season on Saturday.

The 10th-ranked Bulldogs will be looking for revenge - and their eighth straight victory when they host Cleveland State.

Butler (23-2, 12-2 Horizon) has won seven straight games since its 56-52 loss to the Vikings on January 17, and now leads the league by two games over Wright State (10-4).

Mike Green had 17 points and the Bulldogs made 13-of-20 shots from the arc in Thursday's 89-73 victory over Youngstown State. A senior, Green leads the team in scoring at 15.5 points per game.

The Vikings (17-10, 10-5) struggled soon after their win over the Bulldogs, losing five straight games at one point.

But Cleveland State has rebounded with three straight wins since then, including a 71-58 victory over Valparaiso on Thursday. J'Nathan Bullock had 19 points in the triumph and leads the team in scoring at 14.6 per game.

The victory on January 17 improved the Vikings to just 2-26 all-time against ranked opponents.
