BLOOMINGTON, Indiana (Ticker) -- Illinois would love to start its next game the way the last one ended.

The 20th-ranked Fighting Illini hope to carry over their momentum as they go for their third straight win on Sunday at Indiana.

Illinois (20-5, 8-4 Big Ten) snapped a four-game road losing streak at Northwestern on Thursday, rallying for an improbable 60-59 victory.

The Fighting Illini trailed by 14 with 5:20 remaining before ending the contest on a 17-2 run. Demetri McCamey scored 21 points and made the game-winning jumper with 2.9 ticks left, Illinois' first lead of the game.

Indiana (6-17, 1-10) has lost 13 of its last 14 as it continues its rebuilding season.

Devan Dumes is averaging 13.8 points per game to lead the Hoosiers, who lost at Minnesota, 62-54, on Tuesday.

Illinois won the first meeting, 76-45, on January 10.
