Old Dominion tops Purdue, gives Boilermakers third straight loss

Nov 25, 2007 - 11:11 PM ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands (Ticker) -- T.J. Jordan scored 17 points as Old Dominion used a key second-half run to defeat No. 20 Purdue, 66-53, in the Paradise Jam tournament on Sunday.

The Monarchs (4-2), who blew a 12-point halftime lead, used a 15-0 run to take a 44-29 advantage with 9:30 to play.

Tiffany Green added 11 points and seven rebounds for Old Dominion, which were coming off back-to-back losses to No. 2 Connecticut and No. 4 Stanford in the tournament.

Danielle Campbell had 19 points and Lakisha Freeman added 18 for the Boilermakers (2-3), who have lost their last three games - all in this regular-season tournament.
