Duke routs Clemson in ACC matchup
Jan 11, 2013 - 2:28 AM Durham, NC (Sports Network) - Elizabeth Williams totaled 21 points as No. 4 Duke routed Clemson, 82-45, on Thursday.Tricia Liston and Haley Peters each added 14 points, while Chelsea Gray had eight points with 15 rebounds for the Blue Devils (14-0, 4-0 ACC), who take their unbeaten mark to Wake Forest on Sunday.
Aisha Turner scored 13 points and Nikki Dixon picked up 11 in defeat for the Lady Tigers (4-11, 0-4), who have lost four straight games.
An early 12-2 run gave Duke a 22-10 advantage, which was 34-26 at the break.
The Blue Devils quickly upped that margin to 21 points, at 51-30, on a Ka'lia Johnson layup and never led by fewer than that amount for the remainder of the contest.
