No. 3 Duke races past Boston College
Jan 12, 2014 - 11:05 PM Durham, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Richa Jackson scored 17 points, Haley Peters had 15 and No. 3 Duke rolled to a 78-57 win over Boston College on Sunday.Chelsea Gray added 11 points and Alexis Jones scored 10 for the Blue Devils (16-1, 3-0 ACC), who have won six games in a row since falling to Connecticut on Dec. 17.
It was the 800th win in the program's 39-year history (800-351).
Kat Cooper had a game-high 21 points for Boston College (10-7, 1-2) and Katie Zenevitch scored 10.
The Eagles, who have lost two in a row, never led after going up 6-5 in the first three minutes. Duke led 43-29 at halftime and by as many as 24 in the second half.
