Brown's INT boosts Ravens over Falcons

Sep 2, 2011 - 4:05 AM Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Chykie Brown's 65-yard interception return for a touchdown gave the Baltimore Ravens a lead they would not relinquish in their 21-7 preseason-concluding victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Hunter Cantwell took the majority of the snaps for the Ravens, completing 13- of-28 passes for 111 yards and an interception.

Damien Berry capped the scoring with a five-yard, fourth-quarter touchdown run and Billy Cundiff hit 2-of-3 field goal attempts for Baltimore, which opens the regular season on September 11, with a home tilt against Pittsburgh.

The Falcons, who finished the preseason 0-4, managed just one score in the loss -- a 46-yard touchdown run by Antone Smith.

Chris Redman completed 4-of-8 passes for 58 yards in place of starter Matt Ryan, while John Parker Wilson threw for 146 yards and two picks on 16-of-33 passing.

The Falcons open their season also on September 11, at Chicago.
