Sedins hope to keep Canucks rolling at home

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Ticker) - The Sedin twins really love playing at General Motors Place.

Daniel and Henrik Sedin will look to lead the Vancouver Canucks to their fourth consecutive home victory when they host the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday.

The Canucks have not lost at GM Place in regulation since November 1, posting a 9-0-2 record over that stretch.

The Sedins have been a major reason for Vancouver's success on home ice. Daniel Sedin has seven goals and 11 assists, while his brother Henrik has registered five tallies and 22 points in 18 home contests this season.

Overall, Henrik Sedin leads the club with 30 assists and 37 points on the campaign, while Daniel Sedin has a team-high 16 goals. Their linemate Markus Naslund is also having a strong season, tallying 13 goals and 33 points.

The Ducks are coming off a heartbreaking 5-3 loss to the Calgary Flames on Saturday. Captain Chris Pronger inadvertently redirect Jarome Iginla's shot, which appeared to be heading wide, into the goal for the game-winner with 3:26 left in the contest.

The loss snapped Anaheim's four-game winning streak and marked its first regulation setback since December 14.

Sunday's contest will conclude the Ducks' four-game road trip. They will play six of their next seven contests in Anaheim.
