Flames aim for eighth win in last nine games
Nov 25, 2006 - 3:43 PM Calgary (10-8-2) at Los Angeles (7-13-4) 10:30 pm ESTLOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- The Calgary Flames go for their eighth win in nine games when they visit the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday.
Calgary is coming off a 4-1 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Wednesday. Jarome Iginla scored twice with Alex Tanguay assisting on both of the tallies.
The Kings, who have lost three of their last four, try to rebound from a 5-3 loss to the Dallas Stars on Wednesday.
Dustin Brown scored twice while Alexander Frolov added the other goal for the Kings, who surrendered four power-play goals.
Los Angeles' Mathieu Garon allowed four goals on just 23 shots.
