Catchings leads Indiana past Tulsa
Jun 29, 2013 - 1:10 AM Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Tamika Catchings dropped 28 points and the Indiana Fever beat the Tulsa Shock, 80-69.Catchings made nine of 18 shots from the field and all nine of her free throws. She also picked up six steals and blocked four shots.
Karima Christmas added 12 points and seven rebounds for the Fever, who improved to 2-7 on the season.
Tulsa's leading scorer, Nicole Powell, netted 19 of her 21 points in the first half.
Glory Johnson had 11 points and 11 rebounds and Riquna Williams had 16 points off the bench for the Shock, falling to 3-9 on the year.
