Leslie has 19 in Sparks regular-season home finale

Sep 12, 2009 - 5:35 AM LOS ANGELES(AP) -- Lisa Leslie scored 19 points in her last regular-season home game for Los Angeles and Tina Thompson also had 19 for the Sparks in a 90-61 rout of the Minnesota Lynx on Friday.

The game was Leslie's final regular-season home contest of her career. Leslie, 37, announced in February that 2009 would be her final WNBA season.

Candace Parker had 14 rebounds to go with 13 points and five assists and DeLisha Milton-Jones added 16 points for the Sparks (17-16), who secured third place in the Western Conference. Noelle Quinn had a career-high nine assists.

Candice Wiggins had 15 points, six rebounds and three assists for the Lynx (14-19). Quanitra Hollingsworth scored a career-high 13 points.

The Sparks shot 54.5 percent, made 9 of 20 shots from 3-point range and scored 27 points off 16 Lynx turnovers.

Minnesota, which was eliminated and has not made the WNBA playoffs since 2004, shot just 29.6 percent and tied a season low in scoring.
