Moore leads Lynx past Mercury
Aug 3, 2011 - 2:29 AM Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) - Maya Moore poured in a game-high 22 points as the streaking Minnesota Lynx took down the Phoenix Mercury, 90-73, at Target Center.Moore was 5-for-7 from behind the arc and Seimone Augustus added 21 points for Minnesota, which won its seventh consecutive game, the longest in franchise history.
Taj McWilliams-Franklin posted a double-double for the Lynx, with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Diana Taurasi had 20 points, while Penny Taylor, Candice Dupree and Marie Ferdinand-Harris scored 11 apiece for the Mercury, who have dropped four of five.
