Predators hold off VooDoo

May 12, 2007 - 6:11 AM ORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) -- Shane Stafford passed for five touchdowns as the Orlando Predators opened up a two-game advantage for second place in the Southern Division with a 42-33 triumph over the New Orleans VooDoo.

New Orleans (4-6) closed the gap to 35-33 with 1:28 remaining on Andy Kelly's 14-yard touchdown pass to Tyrone Jones, who caught 11 passes for 108 yards and three scores.

Orlando (6-4) sealed the game when Ron Johnson caught a six-yard touchdown pass from Stafford with 16 ticks left.

Stafford completed 23-of-31 passes for 254 yards and Johnson hauled in 10 receptions for 106 yards and two scores.

Rayshun Reed had two interceptions and Greg White added three sacks for the Predators' defense.

Kelly passed for 261 yards and four touchdowns but was picked off three times.
