Rangers' Profar to undergo shoulder surgery
Feb 20, 2015 - 8:00 PM (SportsNetwork.com) - Texas Rangers infielder Jurickson Profar is expected to undergo right shoulder surgery after a year-long battle with an injury.Profar missed the entire 2014 season after he was diagnosed with a torn muscle in his right shoulder.
According to the Dallas Morning News and MLB.com, Profar will undergo surgery on Monday in Arlington to fix a partially torn labrum, an injury that he has dealt with since 2010.
