Greg Monroe scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the Pistons, who have dropped seven of eight. Tayshaun Prince added 20 points and Ben Gordon had 15 and six assists.
"They were just a step quicker, a step faster, a step more aggressive," said Pistons coach Lawrence Frank.
The Warriors, who were 0-4 on the road entering Sunday, trailed 48-44 at the half, but used a dominant third quarter to seize control.
They used a 6-0 run to grab a 56-54 lead with seven minutes remaining courtesy of jumpers by Charles Jenkins and Ellis, and a slam by Wright.
Later in the quarter, the Pistons tied it at 62 on a Rodney Stuckey layup, but the Warriors closed on a 12-7 run to take a five-point lead into the fourth.
"At the start of that third quarter we tried to make the little plays especially on the defensive end and we were able to do that tonight," said Lee.
Lee opened the final quarter with an 18-footer, as Golden State continued to roll. With eight minutes left, a Udoh steal led to a Robinson runout layup, giving the Warriors a 84-73 lead. It marked their first double-digit advantage of the game and they were not tested down the stretch.
