Humphrey leads Georgia past George Mason
Nov 11, 2007 - 10:43 PM ATHENS, Georgia (Ticker) -- Tasha Humphrey scored 21 points as No. 10 Georgia rolled to a 84-56 victory over George Mason on Sunday.Ashley Houts added 17 points, five assists and seven steals for the Bulldogs, who advanced to the NCAA Tournament's regional semifinals a season ago before losing to Purdue.
Georgia hit 41 percent of its 3-point attempts (9-of-22), with Humphrey and Houts among four players that hit two each.
Lateisha Wade finished with 12 points for George Mason (0-1).
