Darrah, Georgia keeps Ole Miss winless in Athens
Jan 11, 2008 - 2:58 AM ATHENS, Georgia (Ticker) -- Megan Darrah led five players in double figures with 19 points as No. 10 Georgia posted a 75-62 victory over Mississippi in the Southeastern Conference opener for both teams.Darrah went 7-of-16 from the field with seven rebounds for the Lady Bulldogs (14-1, 1-0 SEC), who beat the Rebels here for the 14th consecutive time.
Angel Robinson had 16 points and nine boards and Tasha Humphrey added 14 and seven for Georgia, which feasted on the 19 turnovers by Mississippi, turning them into 35 points.
Shawn Goff scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the Rebels (6-8, 0-1), who lost for the fourth time in five games.
