Mar 25, 2008 - 5:24 AM STANFORD, California (Ticker) -- Candice Wiggins poured in 44 points to power No. 2 seed Stanford to an 88-54 romp over seventh-seeded Texas-El Paso in a second-round game in the Spokane Regional.Wiggins finished 15-of-27 from the floor, including 6-of-13 3-pointers, to tie a school record and post the third-highest total in NCAA Tournament history.

Kayla Pedersen had 11 points and 11 rebounds for Stanford, which will face No. 6 Pittsburgh in the "Sweet 16."
Izabela Piekarska had 17 points and eight rebounds for UTEP (28-4), which was outrebounded, 43-30.
