Souths add Seibold to coaching staff
Sep 16, 2016 - 6:33 AM South Sydney have continued their behind-the-scenes overhaul, adding experienced Queenslander Anthony Seibold to their coaching staff for the 2017 NRL season.Seibold will join North Queensland assistant David Furner under head coach Michael Maguire next year as the Rabbitohs seek to reinvigorate their support staff and playing style.
Seibold will move across from an assistant role at Manly to take up the position at Redfern.
"We're bringing in some highly experienced football and performance coaches into our club next season which will be a positive for the club as a whole," Maguire said.
Souths also announced on Friday, Jarrod Wade will join them as a sports science and rehabilitation coach from Parramatta for next year.
The Rabbitohs announced last month Furner would join them for next year.
Premiership assistants Kurt Wrigley and Wayne Collins have been moved on.
