Garcia throws for seven TDs in his return
Apr 29, 2007 - 2:51 AM UNIONDALE, New York (Ticker) -- New York Dragons defensive back DaShane Dennis returned the opening kickoff 57 yards for a touchdown en route to a 67-45 victory over the Arizona Rattlers.In his first game of the season, Dragons quarterback Aaron Garcia completed 17-of-30 for 251 yards and seven touchdowns. He connected with Mike Horacek on four scores. Horacek led all Dragons receivers with seven receptions for 123 yards.
Garcia has not played since the 2005 season because of a leg injury.
Dragons (2-6) defensive back Billy Parker had two interceptions, one fumble recovery and six tackles.
Sherdrick Bonner threw four interceptions for the Rattlers (2-7). He finished 22-of-44 for 290 yards and six scores.
Trandon Harvey led all receivers with 13 receptions for 205 yards and four touchdowns for Arizona.
