Burley, defense lead Rattlers past Brigade
Jun 8, 2008 - 9:31 PM KANSAS CITY (Ticker) -- Siaha Burley caught three touchdown passes Sunday as the Arizona Rattlers rolled to a 73-34 rout of the Kansas City Brigade.Matt Sauk threw for 214 yards and seven touchdowns for the Rattlers (8-6), who outscored the Brigade by a lopsided 36-6 in the second quarter to take control of the game.
Burley finished with nine catches for 104 yards.
Arizona also forced five turnovers.
Making his first AFL start, Brigade quarterback Quincy Carter passed for 279 yards and four TDs.
Kansas City (3-11) gave up at least 70 points for a fourth time this season.
