Dutton's throws three scores as Crush roll
Jun 22, 2008 - 5:29 AM DENVER (Ticker) -- John Dutton three three touchdowns Saturday, leading the Colorado Crush to a 51-27 drubbing of the Kansas City Brigade.Dutton completed 28-of-41 passes for 288 yards and connected on scoring passes with Willie Quinnie, Chris Watson and Ben Nelson.
The Crush (6-10) jumped out to a 14-0 lead and held a 30-14 edge at halftime. Colorado, which clinched a playoff berth for a fifth straight season due to a loss by the Los Angeles Avengers (5-11) earlier Saturday, will play a wild card game in Arizona (8-8) next week.
D. Bryant completed 16-of-26 passes for 229 yard and one TD for Kansas City (3-13).
