Georgia uses sizzling second half to beat TCU
Dec 17, 2006 - 11:24 PM ATHENS, Georgia (Ticker) -- Angel Robinson came off the bench for 18 points as 10th-ranked Georgia posted an 80-58 victory over TCU.Cori Chambers scored 16 points and Tasha Humphrey added 13 for the Lady Bulldogs (9-1), who shot 53 percent (31-of-58) and held a 40-36 edge in rebounding.
Leading, 32-25, at the half, Georgia managed its separation by shooting 58 percent (19-of-33) from the floor in the second half.
Humphrey, who shot 6-of-11, grabbed 10 rebounds and handed out five assists.
Adrianne Ross and Ashley Davis scored 14 points each for the Horned Frogs (6-4), who had a six-game winning streak snapped.
