Flynn, Bowling Green rout Kent State
Feb 21, 2007 - 4:22 AM KENT, Ohio (Ticker) -- Amber Flynn scored 21 points off the bench to lead No. 17 Bowling Green an 89-66 Mid-American Conference victory over Kent State.Bowling Green (25-2, 14-0 MAC) had six players score in double-figures to remain unbeaten in conference play this season and extend its conference winning streak to 39 games.
Flynn shot 8-of-8 from the floor and Lindsey Goldsberry collected five steals to help the Falcons force 27 turnovers and hold a 40-10 advantage in points off of turnovers.
Kristin Peoples had 23 points for Kent State (13-12, 9-5), which shot 52 percent (13-of-25) in the second half and was still outscored 50-36.
