Late score lifts Dragons over Brigade
Mar 9, 2008 - 10:31 PM UNIONDALE, New York (Ticker) -- Rohan Davey tossed a 2-yard touchdown pass to Jason Willis with 22 seconds remaining as the New York Dragons posted a 50-47 victory over the Kansas City Brigade on Sunday.Davey completed 22-of-36 passes for 233 yards and six touchdowns for the Dragons (1-1).
Kansas City's John Fitzgerald threw four touchdowns and finished 22-of-37 for 238 yards.
The Brigade (0-2) had taken a 47-44 lead on Fitzgerald's 22-yard TD strike to Mike Horacek with 1:29 remaining.
