Dolezel throws nine touchdowns in Desperados victory
May 5, 2007 - 5:29 AM SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- Clint Dolezel's 45-yard touchdown pass to Willis Marshall with eight seconds remaining lifted the Dallas Desperados to a 66-59 triumph over the Utah Blaze.Dolezel passed for 265 yards and nine touchdowns. Marcus Nash had 11 receptions for 134 yards and six touchdowns for the Desperados (9-1), who remain undefeated at home this season and on top of the Eastern Division.
Utah (5-5) tied the game with 21 ticks remaining on a four-yard run by Kevin Clemens.
Joe Germaine completed 24-of-39 passes for 260 yards and seven touchdowns for the Blaze, who have lost three in a row.
Siaha Burley made 11 receptions for 100 yards and two scores and Ryan Denard added four catches for 87 yards and three touchdowns for Utah.
